Summary: The Volunteer Coordinator will be responsible for the daily supervision and management of Thornberry’s volunteer programs as well as recruiting, providing training, mentorship, and retention of volunteers. What we are looking for: Whilst previous volunteer coordinating experience is advantageous it is not essential. What is essential is that the right person has previous management experience, is highly organised and can demonstrate this through their work history. It is also essential that the right candidate is a real people person.
